Abbotsbury chesil fri night

well met Tj at honiton about 4pm and went off to Abbotsbury
set up pretty close to carpark
Tj had buddy up first then cracked open his small case of stella(24 bottles) cheers TJ think waqs in friday party mood( now do i post pikkie of tj partying at 1 am????(all brides accepted)

place was absolutely awash with tinsel flingers
so too hack them off we bottom fished as well
nothing but makkie on feathers for ages
tj makkie for his points

other mate dave and his mate colin arrived(top guys) about 8 as got way layed in bull ayt swyre
beach started to clear as sun went down but was still busy all night

eventuallya bottom rod went and i got this silver eel for 1 1/2 points

then the pout came in onto any small hooks, heres tjs for his points

unfortunately apart from a couple of doggies (and Tjs snoring )to colin that was it for the night, we tried every bait we had, every rig and distance but nothing untill a few makkie at 5.30 am,(about 50/60 people turned up then to go tinsel flinging ) so caught a few to show missus i had been fishing(lovely tonight on parsnip mash with pink peppercorn sce )
left about 7am as beach getting packed again
a good night but very few fish, and litter and crabs still a problem
the smoothies will wait for me PLEASE!!!
good company as ever and thats what alot of its about
dave
Sooo tired now kids (and missus)wouldnt let me sleep when i got home!!!!
