Exmouth & Decisions.......

Went out in Exmouth on our boat yesterday and fished the channel estuary upto Sandy Bay as the weather was really poor for 2 hours - caught 7 makeral but only in last 20mins !! Poxy trawlers have been around for over a week close by and Im sure theyve taken the fish ..........

Anyway what to do next week - me and Shads are taking a day off work and fishing for the day. Do we go out on the boat and see if we can get some bass and makeral over by the Orestone, do we fish for bass from the shore in South Wales or do we try Aberthawe for our first ever bash as smoothounds ...?

Really dont know what to do but have heard the smoothound fishing is great fun and havent tried this yet !!
