Hi all,I was just wondering if its worth the trip to fish Milford/Hurst area at the moment. Any advice much appreciated.

How about on a small rib down there? I'm looking to take my dad fishing in to weeks but just trying to get into fishing from a boat but just don't no where to go, just want somwhere easy to fish

fished hordle cliff friday night only had whiting and pout didnt have any luck with the rays but reckon should be a few about

should be few rays there at night and the normal vermin all day and night, the has also been some nice bass starting to show. good luck

have a look at a chart in that area and fish over a bank, plenty along sowley boom / solent banks, iv had some on the brambles and hill head at this time of year too. but i will say you will probably need about 30' or more during day time as rays only come in to shallows like hill head at night.
trick with boat fishing is to find a feature in sea bed and anchor so you fish the feature.
