More bloody floundering.

I get a call at 9am that rudely awakens me to ask if I want yet another bash at the flounder that have allegedly been caught in the river teign.. So I drag my fat ass out of bed, Sort out my carp rods and reels, go and get half a dozen crabs from the local tackle shop and make a flask of coffee ready for the day... Considering I was called at 9 in the morning I expected to be fishing by 10...Come 11:45 and with no sign of my mate who called me I decided that I wasn't waiting around any longer for him and went to Lower Netherton.
After driving down the crappy excuse of a road and twatting the bottom of the car on the rocks along the road I was set up 10-15 mins before my so called lazy excuse of a mate decided he got there... ... And we caught f~~k all again.

Highlight of the day was someone else who was fishing gave me a dozen peeler crab as he didnt want them to go to waste before he could get out on the weekend... They were proper sized crab as well.. Very happy for that but totally peeved off with how the teign if fishing at the mo... we also tried for an hour at the fish quay along the back beach but all I got was snagged up so threw my toys out of the pram and went home.

Seriously considering putting the rods away until march/april now...doubt I will though when im next asked to go out.
