| The Pompey Boys Go East Although its a bit early for Pompey wrecking four of us gave it a go on Tuesday, but we went east along way east crew Skipper Graeme Galloway, myself, Dean and Ray Mclaren skipper of Oberon which is under going a major refit, the boat is an Osprey 24 fitted with 300hp lump. ![]() The journey east was easy with a kind sea and next to no wind, our first wreck produced from the start, ![]() half a dozen fish then they switched off, moved east another six miles, ten drifts one fish moved again and ![]() ![]() the fishing was steady but it was soon time to go, wind and waves increasing, downside it was right on the bow Graeme did manage to open her up as we got closer inshore, good fishing even better company and we'll be back. ![]() CC how did you get on? __________________ Poor prep= Pathetic Performance |
