Plan to fish Hurst castle/shingle bank tomorrow from just before high water down and into dark.Any advice gratefully received...

my advice ?
Don't go .. its too big a tide to fish hurst and there was a mountain of weed when we fished it last week on a neap.
The match guys along from us by the bridge struggled to even find a pout and it was only marginally better up by the corner.
one dog,a couple of whiting and a report of a 'mystery' cod that we never saw

Cheers for that you may be right,there was a lot of weed last week. I may try lepe or calshot area then if I blank its not so far back to the pub
