 pleasent casual fishing on the front needed to get out tonight, baggie was on a works bash so was going to be going solo, so with a neap low tide 6.30 i thought seafront for a flattie or a bass had £5 ragworm and took the long walk from parking the car by the clocktower to the mark  , set up and fishing by 6,30 nice calm conditions and no wind to speak of for once  1 rod 2 hook 1 up 1 down size 1 ,other was 3 hook flapper size 2 to start with then single size 1 well from the out it was pin whiting central( thus i changed the 3 hook flapper as running out of worm fast) but was good and busy, with either a fish or stripped baits every 10min Mrs P brought Gizmo down for his first fishing visit, and he promptly undermined my seat box  gave up at 9.30 as weed came in badly and was out of ragworm. no flatties found though pleasent session, will have to go further up estuary for flatties i think to avoid the whiting  dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives     |
