Re: Tonight - decisions .......!

Well I went fishing and had a great night - even though I blanked - first in four sessions !

Had a quite a few bites on the incoming tide and missed one that ebnt my rod tip right over - just as I was baiting the other rod. Then a bit later had a belter of a bite - like abass knock - rod bounced all over the place and then I struck - missed the bugger again !

Either very small fish or very clever - either way we left them to grow a little bit bigger......

My mate brought his wife along for the evening for the first time - sat there by the Bristol Channel - in the middle of a field - just rod tip lights on and the lights from both bridges, the lights in wales, and a nice dry evening - bloody fantastic just being out there and relaxing - what a top sport !!!!!

Re: Tonight - decisions .......!

Well Tommy,

I had a great night also, I sat with my cut glass tumbler with a few drops of "The Water of Life" watching Corrie for 15 minutes, then the first half of the football, then a further 15 minutes of taped Corrie, then the second half of the football. Finally a cup of Earl Grey with a toasted scone and off to bed. Long dreams of Pollock taking my lures, and then wake up time, and off to work again.

What a routine and I didn't even have to leave the house to fish, by the way, I caught lots of Pollock.

Cheers

Drew
