Polly steps, Teignmouth

Took my daughter down to Polly steps in teignmouth today to meet a mate and his young lad and his brother for a few hours fishing, Nothing was caught but had a good afternoon by the water and got the kids involved as well, Spoke to a few people who were bringing their boats back in and they said it was poor around the coast, Only saw a flounder and bass landed, Some nice old bloke who was bringing his boat in gave us his bait elastic after we had realised none of us had any.
It was pleasantly warm as well with little wind. Those who were out on their boats said that it was kicking up out at sea and was getting a bit rough to be out there..

So a nice afternoon fishing on a new location, I didn't even know that you could fish here as its within teignmouth port. We did see a few nice surface splashes and fish on the top of the water so will deffo be giving this place another bash soon.


...And yes Wayne... Amy did spend the entire afternoon talking her socks off lol.
