Due to having to work this coming Saturday, I have Thursday off...

High Tide 12:50 (so not have to get up too early ).
Single figure wind forcasted at current time. (A big must after a very windswept night on Monday into Tuesday (Short report will appear soon)).
Reasonable temperatures.

So things are stacking up in favour of a day on the beach.....

But.....
I could really be elsewhere later on in the afternoon. (But it can be put off indefinately as far as I care, but will get nagged until sorted)
Which I may have just worked out to my advantage in more ways than one!

Only thing was do I think I'm starting to go OTT on fishing.
Fished night tide 07/10, then went back out for next day tide 08/10, night trip 11/10.... and now planning 13/10 too!

Back on the in favour, excuse side of things......
Considering being really brave and leaving Eastney alone for a new venue

I wish I could fish that much. Im stuck at work for 2 weeks now. When Im on leave I have got 20hrs of driving lessons and my trest befor I return to work so fishing might have to take a back seat for the next month.

I think I'm just cramming as much as I can in before the inevitable absolute drought....
Once the weather gets bad, that will knock most of my fishing dead.
Partly due to me being a 'partial' fair weather fisherman, but also due to it being my little girl's Birthday next month, and then Christmas......
So unless I going out to dig worms (never have!) or collect limpets (it's been a few years since I last done that!!!), I'm probably not going to have much to fish with.

May have just thought of a possible option to start a 'bait stock pile', but it would only be freezable/frozen and not to large an amount at any one time...

I know what you mean with expence of it all. Its my boys 7th birthday on the 3rd of nov then xmas and then my daughters 3rd birthday on the 8th jan. Going to be a tight couple of months.

Ish my friend, I would defo be firmly in the "DO I " camp

Like you said, you may only have a few more trips untill the drought arrives lol so I say hit the beach, as hard and often as possible, smash you P.B`s, enjoy the sea air and enjoy some new venues mate!!!
