| Very quick session Had some worm left over from the weekend, the wife was off to bingo Thursday evening so thought I'd have a couple of hours out. Arrived just before 8pm, the sea was flat calm. sole rigs on both rods with Rag as bait. One distance one close in. Took an hour for the first bite which was a small Plaice of half a pound or so. Twenty minutes later and a better bite resulted in a Bass of around 2lb. Whilst I was baiting up the other rod went and in came my target species, a sole, albeit a small one of 10ozs.  After that no more bites and with work Fiday and an all night session at Chale Friday night I thought I'd call it a night at 10.30pm. As I packed away one rod I got a slack line bite on the other and another Sole came in this one going 14ozs.  So result was a Plaice, Bass and 2 sole, not bad for just over 2 hours.
