 Paddys Gap ( well almost ) 21st Sept 2011 Got a call from Jaycee to meet up with him and Rob at the services and head towards Milford to try for a species or two, and who was i to argue  Packed the car at 5.30 and by 6.15 had loaded the van - including McDonalds for those two greedy gits  ..Arrived at Paddys at just after seven i guess and started to walk along the cliff .. OOh it looks bassy - we're gonna bag up or get bugger all - were the war cries from Rob .. We're gonna get screwed by weed , was mine . tho it did look like the Bass would be out in the surf !This is how it loooked as we set up a rod - Rob to my right  and Jaycee to my left -  Rob was first out and pulled in a delightful fairy light type bunch of weed all along his line and our faces dropped and eyebrows raised  Well to cut a short story even shorter , they couldn't hold bottom , odd because my 6 oz lead sat there quite happily  - the weed just kept clinging and an hour after arriving we were packing up .
