| 10lb 1oz PB Bass at Lyme Hi All, After a 6lb Bass two months ago, Lyme has been hard work with just a couple of fish in half a dozen sessions. However today I caught a monster Bass which I normally would only dream about. The fish latched on to my Rapala Husky Jerk while trolling. While playing the fish my second lure got rapped round the line. So I tightened the drag and let the fish pull me around. Eventually it ran out of steam so I grabbed the line and pulled it in. It was a shame to kill such a large Bass but I just had to weigh and photograph it. Well it topped the kitchen scales at 10lb 1oz.  The stomach had two large hardback crabs in it. Looking forward to a feast tomorrow.         |

Not just for bassing but there's alot of scope for one around the lochs in scotland and some monster pike!!!! Kayaking is the way forward.
