| 2 nights on town quay ! Fished there thursday night with lisa and owen , weather was bloody horrible , i think lisa left the car once  , fishing was dire as of late , but did manage 5 species  , owen was first with his first ever mackeral ............... lisa was next with a little bass .......  I ended up with , sole , snotty eel , bass , pout and small hound , snotty for species hunt purposes   the pout was the only one of the night and was around 3 am , and within 5 minutes of being livebaited resulted in first of the year caught on livebait , only around 2/12 - 3 lb  left at 6 am looking like a drowned rat Last night was probally the slowest night ive ever had there , but still managed 4 species , sole , bass , more snotty eels  and a solitary mackeral ................ live baited this little beauty , but it was so big i think it scared the bass off ! however had a massive hit on it about 6 am this morning , but missed the hit as the rod was pulled towards the iow them big buggers are deffo down there lee. __________________ If Everyday things are getting you down & stressing you out, Think like a Dog, If it cant be Eaten or Humped, Piss on it and walk away..     |
