| no fish for monday, dont bother reading With left over bait, but some fine black lug and squid ......all excited like little kids at christmas, we stumbled down the beach with great expectations of the evening, well actually I beat Gaz down to his favourite spot as he was fumbling about with his gear  , cast out before he even showed his head over the top of the beach, What on earth was he was doing, fannying around as usual! anyways.....Rollocks bl**dy birds nest first cast! , as i was getting the birds nest out I felt a tug( already I beamed?) !!! Was it eckers like! The biggest lump of poxy weed had attached itself to my line, whilst sorting out the birds nest and all up the poxy line was stringy like (tampon style) weed...LOVELY! .Simultaneously, I see Garys head pop up from the top of the beach, about to bounce down the beach with the same amount of gusto I had assumed, suddenly stopped at the sight of my plight and disapeared back towards his car! He did reappear.......but didn't seem to be so happy  Good news is we did manage to find a spot which was fishable, but somebody didn't invite the fish  .Well thats sh*t really, I mean well thats it, really, not much else to tell. Tight lines.    |
