Seaford 7 june

Seaford........

Could not fish Eastbourne as something going on at the beach so carried on through to Seaford and parked up in Buckle camp site, I would like to say a big thank you for their amazing hospitality especially Brian and all the staff oh and you Vince. Well after a couple of days rest ( I did put in a couple of mackie bashing sessions) I spoke to Vicfisher monday morning and we decided to meet up that evening on Seaford beach.Vic arrived at about 8:30 and after our hello`s and all the formalities we ventured onto the beach and set up. Bait wasn't in the water very long when this little fellow was on the beach[IMG][/IMG]
Making me feel better avoiding the blank, while this fellow was coming in vic was pulling out a few mackerel for bait,Then it was vic`s turn and out came a doggy and then as if by magic a doggy for me. Vic then proceeded to pull out a number of nice big whiting much to his surprise as he said they don't normally appear yet. I had just got myself a coffee when inoticed mi rod with a two hook flapper baited up with lug and squid tip going potty so jumped up and struck into my first dover sole and what a cracker it was too

So goes without saying I was over the moon. Vic was pulling out more whiting and a number of schoolie`s but none came my way. Towards the end of the session I pulled out a dreaded rockling. By about three oclock we both decided we had enough as the wind was getting up and was really getting cold,packed up and off on our trotts.
It was great to meet up with vic and a pleasure to fish with the man, many thanks vic it was a great session.
