 Leysdown, Isle of Sheppey Decided to have a few hours tuesday afternoon at Leysdown to test out some of the new kit, Had some pretty poor fresh blow lug, rag & sandeels from recently taken over tackle shop in sheerness, decided to put sandeel out for an early ray and 3 hook flappers out for flatties/anything else, after about an hour I had a very slight rattle that came to nothing but unfortunately that was all, similar tale for other anglers on this occasion - still must keep trying so off to Eastbourne saturday afternoon to take my daughters fishing as keep asking when they can come with me (they will probably have more luck than me) lets just hope for a fish or two.      |

| Re: Leysdown, Isle of Sheppey Hmmmm I was thinking about giving it a try myself but the reports from the local shop have not been promising. Maybe is this warm weather holds out for a bit it will bring them in soon. They have been getting them off the boats and a few have turned up of the Addy at dover so shouldn`t be long.
