| Eastbourne, last night. Fished white horses, eastbourne last night with a couple of mates. Got there about 8pm HT at midnight. Bait was lug and squid and we all used 2 or three hook flappers with size 4 hooks. Conditions were calm with little wind and we were into fish from the first cast. Mostly small whiting and rockling to start with but as the tide came in so did dabs and flounder even had acouple of small codling over the high tide, we packed up about 1am and the tally for the night between the three of was 7 flounder, 2 dabs, 2codling, 3pout, and countless small whiting and 2&3 bearded rockling. A good night was had by all and all fish returned apart from the sizeable dabs and flounder. TIGHT LINES ALL. |
