Sea fishing N Kent coast After some advice, i am from the west country and fairly new to Kent living in Gillingham i am after a couple of good spots along the N kent coast. I dont mind travelling but with so much nice coastline it seems a shame to travel too far.

Re: Sea fishing N Kent coast there are some good spots along the north kent coast mate , a lot of it however is part of either the thames or the medway estuary, there is a hell of a lot of shallow water where flounders and schoolies are generally the quarry, having said that there can be good fishing at the medway industrial estate at strood , on the thames at gravesend or herne bay beach, but to be honest you will have a lot more success all year round fishing the deeper water venues at deal, dover, folkestone, hythe and dungeness,

Re: Sea fishing N Kent coast Guys thanks very much indeed. I will have to have a bit of a drive around to look. Is there any deep water around sheerness? Where are the spots in Deal?
