| nice evening spent a few hours on my local pier,this afternoon and evening, i was greeted by a chilly wind blowing up the pier when i arrived but i was soon distracted by bites from the word go. first cast i had a double shot of doggie and codling,  soon followed by the biggest dab i have seen for a long while  the dab went 300grams on the kitchen scales which equates to 10 1/2 oz,which i believe is a forum record and so it went on, i ended up with about 20 dogfish,2 dabs,2 whiting,1 pouting and 1 codling. sport continued until i ran out of bait, great fun and a few points as well      |
