| white(ing) out on the estuary thought i'd give it a go for a flounder or a schoolie tonight weather clear and calm( big old moon) sea almost flat, this should be ok dropping tide so decided to fish mouth of estuary so parked as far as possible along the prom and set up far left near rocks both rods 2 hook flappers 1 with size 1 and rag other 2/0 and lug first 2 casts shed loads of weed , then it stopped no weed at all ![]() ![]() first fish( if it really is a fish) a 5 beard rockling) then after moveing forward 10 yrds as tide dropped it becam a mad micro whiteing fest, includeing several double shots on either rod lots of fun to keep you busy, but not what i was after and soon demolished all my bait nothing left to do so went via pub on way home try again next week ![]() dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives |
