| Town quay 01/11/10 Well after finding out i couldnt fish wednesday nights hayling meet due to being up the hossy all day with daughter , late minute decision was made to fish the quay last night with paulg and steve 1976 , picked them both up and arrived on the quay for 6.30 pm , once again the ebb and over low proved manic with the pout and whiting , with double shots each cast  paulg missed a nice bass hit .....twice  and that was first drop , he then bagged something a bit better with a small dab .......... I then stood there in shock as my rod bent over and stayed there  probally one of the biggest hits from the bass ive had ... i missed it went a bit quiet then another hit for paul and probally the smallest bass ive seen pulled in on a livebait .............. what a greedy git ! , my turn next with a hit over low and steve jumped over and hauled up this one , probally around the 2 1/2 - 3 lb mark but didnt weigh it so a quick pic and straight back.................................  ,well midnight came and the rain and wind set in , bloody strong winds and it peed down for 6 hours ! , think the lads were getting fed up as i still wouldnt give in i did however get fed up at 6 .30 am so we set off for home soaked through , no monsters but an enjoyable session , cheers lads , lee. __________________ If Everyday things are getting you down & stressing you out, Think like a Dog, If it cant be Eaten or Humped, Piss on it and walk away..     |
