| eaststoke (hayling) 7th sept decided to take a trip over to hayling again in search of bass, tide was a nice 4.8 and there was hardly any wind. thought we would try a diffrent spot so we fished up near the point in front of the golf course ..... weed weed weed, plan B ... eaststoke. bait used was mackrell, squid, lug and peeler crab. high tide was about 23:20 started of slow until the doggies arrived, we had 4 over all 1 myself and 3 for essentialmix75, they kept up busy most of the night with bites. anyway about 1am i went with peeler and diceced to give it a bit of a whack out .. which resulted in a new pb ... 9lb smoothound, a very happy chappy i was, i had a tiny little smut after aswell and we decided to pack up at 3am when it was pissing it down, we got very wet on the way back to the car but well worth it.  __________________ sorry love but i'd rather go fishing     |
