Fished eastney last night with bassmanrob,eddiec and steve 1967 , arrived at low water and set up , pretty much unfishable with the weed ...............



andy (dilligaf) then came down with his minder who wanted to eat rob so badly ................



About 2 hours into the flood i decided to stick out a maccy fillet at 30 yards , was talking to ed and saw a pull down , walked over and it took off , peeling line from the reel , this was a good fish , it then decided to turn around and swim towards me caught up with and as rob was going to land it , it spat the fecking hook gutted as it would have been my biggest bass of the year ! this was looking like a good nights fishing , but it didnt turn out that way , rob had a small smutt on crab and a few schoolies ................




steve managed a few schoolies .............



ed left at about midnight on a blank ,and i snagged a schoolie to save a blank , bloody hard work with the tidal current and weed , oh well maybe next time on a smaller tide

Ha ha rob hates it when im on a blank , as it means staying untill i do catch and that means we could be there untill 8 am
