thats a good fish (3 1/2 lb ) ..i love plugging for bass.and will fish for them in cornwall this year chasing a double figure fish

welly, there's loads where i go m8, i'm going to try plugging this year, not done much so far as i'm a bait man myself, but more being caught on plugs by other anglers, give us a shout and perhaps we could meet up

fished bude before, i lost a bass because it snapped my 45lb shockleader!!!!
actually saw the fish in the surf aswell, real beauty!!!

ive fished off the breakwater a few times, you've got to watch out that you dont get cut off if it breaches it, all the beaches are pretty good too, my fav marks are all off rocks with big (but safe) climbs down grassy cliffs etc, going no1 mark this weekend, i'll let you know the outcome

went last nite, 1 measly doggy, very windy but sheltered where i go!

good old doggies ,your not wrong about the wind though but it usually fishes well on certain beaches down here after a good hooley
