| Branscombe 7/7/10 last night was the good old first wednesday league 10 members fished along the beach and conditions looked good, despite some weed in the surf edge dureing daylight bites were tough, ( for tough read non existant)  but as darkness fell all were banging out crab baits for the hounds   rich and myself had walked a bit further left than usual, and obviously realised later that we had walked past all the fish  ( i wont mention my pout  think my smallest ever seafish  )out of the 10 people only 4 caught hounds, 3 of them were stationed by the boat, but shane fishing near our fave spot had a cracking specimin hound of 12lb  a tough night and 6 of us blanked but was great to see such a fantastic fish roll on the weekend and some big hounds PLEASE!!!!!!!!  dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives Last edited by pingu; 07-08-2010 at 07:44 PM.     |
