Re: ouse update

unlucky mate....maybe next time....southease or denton island should see you a few mullet...mainly thin lips id imagine but the odd bigger thick lip thrown in if you use the corect baits....red rag probably your best bet trailed about three inches behind a small spiner for the thins and for the bigger greys your probably best using bread.

good luck for your next trip.

ps, plenty of places for red rag as i imagine CC has pm'd you.

Hi Flying Fox, in your opinion where do you think is best locally for digging Rag, I liked the ouse because the rag is nice and big and lasts longer.

Re: ouse update

Id say it varies from time to time due to being out dug by many others, ouse rag aint bad...have dug up there many of times but there are patches in the adur that produce well.....and they will last four five days if looked after. at least the breading is over.....was a nightmare trying to work out how to keep em in that....lucky to get em to last 24hrs.
