Fishing in Broadstairs

Hi All, I will be going on holiday in Broadstairs soon with access to a number of the local beaches. Can anyone tell me if the beach fishing is worth a go there? Also if anyone knows of any coarse fishing lakes nearby that do day tickets I would be very grateful

Many thanks.

Re: Fishing in Broadstairs

hello mate, broadstairs would not be my first choice of venue,i would be inclined to try ramsgate or deal piers , sandwich bay has been good recently with a few rays caught,
you have a couple of coarse fishing lakes not too far away from you,
sandwich coarse fishery, cottington at deal and marshside are all within 15 minutes,
give me a shout nearer the time if you want any more help mate
