when for the night ses lat night with he hunter down eaststoke last night set up about 20 to 12 armed with peelers ,rag, lug sand eels and squid the hunter had the first bite about ten mins after the cast with a peeler didnt hook up though done his head in lol . he cast back out stait away wile i was sitin waiting for a nibble he gets in to a fish again but didnt land it he went nuts so we tryed get in the same spot both with peeler. withing mins i had a bite and i waited a few seconds struck felt the waight and the nothing what the hell is goin on it was like they were toying with us it was manic for the first hour then was dead till about 4:00 am then had a bite on lug and squid fish on i thought yes i took the lead but as my luck goes i hook the tail of a lil bream so didnt count 15 mins later had a lil beam again and hooked it in the body the fishing was not goin well so we both switched to flaper rigs and hunter land a pound and half bream thats the only fish landed that counted on the day was not expecting such an epic failier crazy night left at 7:30 am but we will be back with more crabs and we will get a smoothy lol this puts the score sadly 2-1 to the hunter

You should go in a groyne right down the end by the entry to the harbour but just out of the fast flowing current.
