Smile chuffed as

well glad i went out for couple of hours tonight, saw a great spot a few weeks ago on a walk, and been desperate to try it, (only 5 min from house as well)
can even fish from back of car but bit tight for more than 1 set rods with tonights big tide as water lapped car tyres even
got there 1/2 hour before high tide and got loads of little knocks, then on high got a nice little flounder, and 20 min later a school bass, both back to grow bigger, but why do flounder swallow hook so much??? absolutely nothing after tide turned(which i had sort of guessed) next time will get there 1 hour earlier
I know it was only 2 small fish but first bass in over a year so will stop me wingeing now. and proves this mark will work.
And I put into practice all have learnt from you guys s both fish were targeted deliberately and caught on respective rigs and bait
so very very very chuffed

dave

Well done Pingu. It's always great when a sneaky spot you've looked at before pays off.
