| Gillkicker 04/05/10 Fished the kennels last night formerly known as gillkicker with bassmanrob and steve (scottish and mental) fished right in front of the fort , arrived at 7 pm to a cracking evening ...........  The tide was still pulling hard , so rob took some time out to practise his pendulum casting .............  .............It was only an hour before we could start on the mission of finding a raymond or 2 , however first cast i managed this cracker .....   just as well i always carry 1 or 2 spares  the fishing was great from the off , with the never ending supply of big fat woofers , heres steve battling with 1 ............. a few hound pups put in a appearance on the crab baits so first of the year for me starry pup .........  Had a couple big fat posh pout snaffling the crab baits , and then a different bite and my first ray of the year and target species was brought to the shore .............  Caught on bluey and sandeel wrap , brilliant nights fishing being kept busy all night by the big hitting woofers , hound pups , fat pout , a few small bass and the solitary spotty ray , and to my surprise we were able to fish untill the ebb at 5.30 am this morning , cheers lads , cracking night  lee. __________________ If Everyday things are getting you down & stressing you out, Think like a Dog, If it cant be Eaten or Humped, Piss on it and walk away..     |

 Re: Gillkicker 04/05/10 I managed to wangle out the grand total of 1 smoothound,2 starry smoothound,2 bass,1 pout and 6 dogs so i was chuffed with the session !!
