| Plaice sess Southsea blocks Fished southsea in my yak this morning for four hours. Not a nibble, welk or crab. Bait was rag and lug, tried drifting , anchoring etc. I reckon i might just give up on those spotty things now and fish for the Bass that are starting to show  __________________ One day i will post a catch report again.     |

| Re: Plaice sess Southsea blocks I know we've had a cold winter etc. but you must ask yourself whether "the blocks" is now a "has been"? Time will tell, but 4 fish on 20 boats on the few days i have been out there, not good. |

| Re: Plaice sess Southsea blocks hmmmm had anice few myself and that was a couple of weeks ago now...I am surprised as the trawlers are doing well down here for plaice, Such a short tide today it should have fished well, maybe they are a little deeper out? I fished 4.5 miles. |

| Re: Plaice sess Southsea blocks Maybe, but they do seem a lot thinner on the ground this year... an awful lot of people are reporting blanks though. I guess we'll have to see if the water temperature is having an effect - temp. this year is a couple of degree's down on the years previously.... |
