| Jacobs ladder 3/4/10 last night as still had some worm baits left from the BC trip decided to join in the club "drawn pairs" comp fishing either Jacobs or Ladram 7-11 weather had been better than friday but went to the sign in and the hevens opened after paying the fees and driveing over to jacobs although did clear once there got there a bit early so went for a bit of a yomp down in hope of an early ray   water was very dirty and stirred up but fishable( amazeingly no weed for here after a blow)  at this point i didnt know who i was paired with but hey i just needed a fish and surely a dog would be about wouldnt it  well i fished my ass off and if it hadnt been for a tiny 5bearded rockling ( that dont count in the comp  ) would have been a blankwent to the weigh in and found that partrner had blanked as well,, so fed up i left for a kebab as asked for by the mrs( payment for pass) heard this morning winners had a dog and pout, other fish weighed in were a tiny flounder and an undersized bass was caught as well maybe i should have given it a break after Fridays efforts but hey you have to be in it to win it Tonight is most definately takeing Mrs P to the pub though   dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives     |
