Newhaven: Gone With The Wind

Well, what a day, no fish, a few tugs but nothing came of them. I fished my a*** off, two rods, bait changed every 10 mins, but sod all. It was some of the worst conditions I've fished in, but I absolutely loved it. The waves were splashing over the top of the breakwater and the SW gale was howling a good 'un. Never has a hot bath been so welcome. Sorry Jules no points for our team, but I've got the Deal meet to catch up, if i don't get out before then

weather sounds about the same as when i went, absolutly rubish, i nearly got blown away, and didnt catch any fish either, but it proved my floation suit keeps me dry, apart from my knees
for some reason my knees got wet through the suit, maybe water was sucked up aloong the wellys, o well
