| using up Bait The wife was working late Tuesday so thought I'd use up the worm left over from Sunday.Had 3 hours so went local, east Cowes by the old castle. ![]() Its deeper water here and theres always a small chance of a Ray, so one rod went out with sandeel and the other rag. After 10 minutes the rods were bent double with weed wound in and all the bait was gone. Bloody crabs. So moved further down the beach, a lot shallower but less weed or crabs. Well despite lots of small rattles all I could manage was this small schoolie. ![]() Still a nice night to be out. Good to see plenty of small stuff back at E-Cowes like usual, looking better for the rest of the Island. |
