Pevensey Bay - today

Arrived at 9.30am today, fished 2 hours up/down. Nowt much, but I caught 2 small dabs, first time species for me. Lots of anglers down there, but the action was a bit slow. Met a guy down there who will join the forum soon after I gave him the address. He caught a large pouting. Anyway, a great place to fish, close to car park, wouldn't mind doing a night session there soon

Rob

And to you mate, I shall have an extra drink for you (like I need an excuse )

Cheers guys - bait was live black lug/squid. I picked a few mussels that were on the beach and used them too. I might go again tomorrow, depends how bad the hangover is

Re: Pevensey Bay - today

Hi all

I am the guy that Rob met on Pevensey that day... it was a good day and at least i didn't blank...

I finally got around to joining the forum and having a dig around...

As for Pevensey it is very convenient (parking, toliets and tackle shop close by) but i imagine it will get busy with families during daylight hours over the summer

Cheers all

Nik
