| town quay 24-25 / 02 /10 Well with not a lot showing me and paul decided on hitting town quay again for a bash at the mini species and guaranteed action  we werent dissapointed , arrived at 5.30 armed with rag , squid, spratts, and mackeral and were into the fish from the off  only small stuff but never the less fish ! , weather wasnt as expected , a little blowy up till 12 am then the wind turned and it calmed to a millpond like sea state , the rain held off all night with just a couple of short attempts at showers , bites were non stop all night with a couple of big hitters thrown in for measure , well eneded up with 4 species , pout , whiting ,bass and a 5b slug for the hunt  pretty big size for the quay ........ cracking night with plenty of action from the small stuff , live baits were gaining some attention as well but no real takers  , cracked on and packed up at 6.30 am this morning 13 hour session , funny how the mojos back now i just dont want to give in ,lee. __________________ If Everyday things are getting you down & stressing you out, Think like a Dog, If it cant be Eaten or Humped, Piss on it and walk away..     |
