| Ladram 10/2/10 the road to mojo recovery well last night it was bait use up time decided to stay local due to recent reports so we were soon dropped into Ladram out of the chill northerly winds fishing down over the low on a neap didnt really expect too much but hoped that may find a huss in the rough started well by casting first one too close to the rock stack and getting snagged up ( 20feet above the water  ) it wasnt too long though before the mighty 5 bearded rockling came along , so i dutyifully whacked one on a 2/0 pennel and called it huss bait that didnt work and lost that rig in the rough as well then we had a better stamp of 3 beard rockling ( with apologies to baggie as i got the first i get the species hunt points  ) packed up when the bait ran out about 11 both haveing caught a fair few rockling of both varieties each plesent evening and there were fish( ok nowt special but enough to keep the interest up) and 1.5 points  dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives Last edited by pingu; 02-11-2010 at 05:49 PM.     |
