Re: norman/cooden bays

Night time is generally better at this mark but have not had a lot of luck here
mainly seem to catch rockling, a few dabs, whiting and pout. Usually to lug and lug tipped with fish strip. Try 2 rods one at distance and drop one fairly close in to cover your options either with a small lug/fish strip for the dabs or try a side of mackerel on a 4/0 pennel rig for a chance of a bass always worth a try. Generally find Langney point to be a little more productive though.

Talking Re: norman/cooden bays

Langney Point is (coming from seaford) Past the Pier by about a 3/4 mile Just past Fort Fun (on Right) to the roundabout and last exit (by Sovereign Centre Leisure centre) follow along almost as far as you can to a couple of car parks (think free after 6 p.m) there is a water treatment building there on the Right and I generally fish behind there. Good Luck and I may meet up one evening if you like.
