| Budliegh 13/1/10 last night was the start of the revamped 2010 wednesday league( delayed slightly due to a rather unnecessary day of snow last week here in devon)  11 people turned up on what was a lovely mild evening with us all being well sheltered from the slight NE wind by the cliff behind, a good turnout for january , and bodes well for the rest of the year  The fishing was not unfortuntunately what you would call hectic  , but there were 2 surprises in a pair of undersised plaice for andy, but in the end only 2 people weighed in sizeable fish,being Si Boeree and Baggie ( getting his first club win under his belt) so well done to bothin being joint winners on a massive 2 points each  ( i didnt have so much as a bite , oh well next time) next months competition will be back to the usual first wednesday at Beer with an appropriate spot prize for the name of the venue   dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives     |

| Re: Budliegh 13/1/10 Thanks Lee. Still struggling to come to terms with how a really barely sizable Whiting managed to take a share of the money, but hey ho, I'm not gonna complain too much.
