| report-club x-mas hamper Well im back guys, and nackered! Got to beesands @ 8:30 and there was no-one there! phoned some people and the comp had been moved to blackpool sands due to the conditions, as it was un-fishable there!!!!!!!! Got to blackpool at 9:05, conditions were fishable so i setup and started. There was about 15 people that fished it, 9-5:30 it went on too so a long day. had my first fish - a 3lb 12oz bull huss at about 11 o,clock. then had another 2 rockling during the day. only 4 anglers caught fish to weigh in out of every1! and there was only 7 fish weighed in,3 of them mine. Well at the club the results were made up and prizes given, i came 3rd overall and got myself a gemini genie rig jig. The rest of the prizes were put into a hat for everyone and i had another prize! so i took a new RT rig wallet. p.s. i lost 7 sets of gear during the day! so the prizes made up for it. Going southampton 2moro for x-mas so i wont be on until after then, so a merry x-mas for everyone!      |
