| flounder comp this weekend well unfortunately unless i fancy ice fishing for the zander( which i dont) i will swap plans and participate in this weekends club flounder rover from sign in tommorrow at 7.30am ( dont they realise fri night is beer night  ) till 2pm sunday, best single fish winsthink it may be parky enough for a jumper over the teeshirt  just need to hear from my partner in crime as to plans( not that we ever keep to them) praying tackle shops bait gets delivered though will obviously drivel on later  dave __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives     |

| Re: flounder comp this weekend well its a big fat blank started on exmouth seafront 8am -11.30 am when running out of bait   so dived through tackle shop and got some fresh rag and a pasty from bakers then straight off to lympstone to fish over the high from the harbour wall   plan was to fish one rod back into the gutt there but it steadily iced up on me  fished on till 3 but only saw one rod movement all morning and that was a bird flying through line so went to get brownie points with a trip to B &Q  plannned to fish last night but had a call and a few too many of these  were sunk in town last night so this mornings sesion hasnt happened either,canbt say the wind and snow thats comeing through is inticeing me eitherso a big fat blankety Blank but was a nice morning out with geourgeous views and plenty of overwintering birdlife in estuary to watch wilst waiting lets see if can do better wednesday __________________ www.exmouthsaa.co.uk 24 beers in a case and 24 hours in a day simples You won't know unless you go :D...and if you do go!! please let us know :D as thats how the forum thrives |
