 Eastbourne last night Went to Eatbourne last night as they are doing beach work at Seaford and that usualy spoils the fishing while they do it. Got there at 6pm HT at 9 baits were lug, mackie,and cutlefish which mate got off his boy who works on local fishing boat! Rigs used were 2 hook clip up and pulley pennel. Got knocks from the off and started pulling in the whiteing, continued this way till Ht then went dead,fished over the top and two hours down but no more bites so packed up and went home. Finnished with 6 good sized whiteing the best of which was 1.5lb. This was first outing in amonth since knee op so happy just to get out there and have a bash.      |

| Re: Eastbourne last night well done mate sounds like a pleasant night. thsts a good size whiting they make real nice fishcakes you know. i have not been sea fishing for years used to do silly amounts the missus and me done most of our courting on the beaches at night. |
