seaford 'HELL'

Went seaford beach last nite with me bruv in law, fished edingborough rd end, got there about 730 fishing by 745. Wind blowing straight in found it very hard to cast out (1st time in strong winds), Bruv lost 2 weights and then shock leader came of aswell. Lots of redish seaweed kept getting tangled with line on top eye,Fished till 1045 then called it a day sat down on chair and had cup of tea, totallly blanked, but had a bl**dy good laugh, all part of the learning curve a surpose, eny way good fishing to all.

Sounds like a hard time was had bu you both, but at least you had a laugh about it. The last time I fished Seaford it was opposite Edinburgh Road too and it was about zero centigrade. It's lovely there in the summer though!

Sounds like you would have been better of fishing in a high street in Edinburgh

Same happened to me on a much anticipated trip to Selsey, weather was horrendous as was the weed but my mate brought us down a chinese and we saw some guys boat get pulled up from the bottom of the sea bed
so in the end was quite the night !
Bet you would do it all again tho .

Re: seaford 'HELL'

cheers cuckoo, true what they say. no point saying going fishing if all you do is stay in waiting for decent weather, got to get out there and try no matter what the weather throws at us. good fishing to all.
