Catching at Caister?

Hi everyone,

Just wondered if anyone in the Norfolk area has ever fished at Caister off the beach? My mates dad is going on Saturday, might be joining him, depends on what the misses has got planned (hopefully nothing!)

Any particular spot, baits etc.?

Any help always appreciated

Cheers
