Eastney today 11/03/09

Fished eastney today with bassmanrob 3 hours up and 4 down , baits were rag tipped limpet and rag tipped squid on wishbone rigs rigged up with robs dvices , all out for the plaice

, absolute stunning day , no wind and the sun came out to play tshirt and shorts type of day

, the downfall of the day was no bites and no fish

, even the dog that came past and peed all up me rods didnt bring any luck

bumped into andy(hermit) for a chat , nice to meet you mate , never mind it was good to be out in such good weather

Bad luck though it is an easy place to blank.

Always worth ago as you may get lucky, one of the ISAC lads (whilst pleasure fishing) had one of 62cm - 5lb 4oz just over two weeks ago

Was the water clear today ?

Nice fish , that was john brown from soton , wasnt that clear today but there were about 15 anglers there and we didnt see 1 fish get pulled out all day
