arrived somewhen between 7 n 8pm.
it was a pleasant night with light winds from the west so little wave action but the water looked coloured which gave me some hope with high tide rolling in for somewhen around 11pm.

bait-squid /sandeel/limpet/rag/lug/pout. all frozen bar the pout.

rigs- bomber, wishbone, pennel pulley.

i saw another couple of anglers already set up to the right of the carpark, so i went left to give them loads of space while i played with my new toy.
i thought i heard a yell just b4 high water, so i guess they might have caught something interesting but i didn't investigate, too busy watching my own rods.

with random pout bites to keep me interested i sat there patiently awaiting something better, but nothing else doing.
i managed to nail a whiteing just as the tide topped out , took a piccy for pts.
but no piccys on camera by the time i got home, oh well i'll just have to catch another

the ebbing tide brought weed & more pout but i'd had enough by 01.30 and quit.

end result- 1 whiteing & 1/2 doz or 8 pout.

btw, sport mag fault seems to have cured itself, pr'aps it just needed some tlc
