charmouth 22/11

last night decided to brave the awfull weather predicted by met office( big northerlies)
original plans were to meet Tj but late start cut that plan short, knew we had to look at south coast to escape the wind so headed off under the cliffs at Charmouth

well the sea was almost like a mill pond and out of the wind( which actually wasnt that strong) it was quite ok and didnt need the windpreef for along time

the fishing was unfortunately as poor as last few weeks , but eventually saved the blank by finding pouting at about 20/30 feet out( no i wasnt targetting them honest) and then many more after at that range, rich had dogs and pouting

mates up on channel suffered the wind and blanked so i guess we went the right way and was definately better than i'm a wannabee get me on telly type rubbish though
