An eventfull evening at blackpool sands

I arrived at blackpool sands last night at 6pm. I fished to the left of the car park and set up one rod a 3 hook flapper. 1st cast resulted in a couple of knocks left the rod to stand to see if there was any more movement. after 10 mins i wound in to find the hook snoods cut of. so i retraced and added some floating beads.

The ext cast came a couple of decent whiteing just under a pound. I recast and a couple of pollock came to the shore. A few other people then turned up and fished at the middle of the beach. The inevitable flobber(pout) showed with some more whiting and i called it a night at 12. I will be back nxt wk tho with some more bait.

Yer, sorry for not getting over mate... Bit of a delayed start. Sounds like you had better luck than us anyway. Back to Monmouth Wednesday, lets hope it fishes like last time....
