Deal Beach

Just got in from a great days fishing on the beach at the east end of Deal by the golf course. 13:26 high tide, fished well 3 hours either side of high tide. Between 3 of us we caught 50+ whiting , half of these were keepable, 1 codling 2 lb & 1 dover sole. We had most baits you could think of, but lug on its own seemed the bait of the day. If it fishes like that on a sunny day next weeks night trip should be even more productive.
